To provide Brogan Group and Balfour Beatty with a workable Common Tower solution

SOLUTION
Brogan Group provided Balfour Beatty with a Construction Access Systems Common Tower & Integrated Staircase solution for the 182 meter, 54 storey Madison tower in the Isle of Dogs, London.

RESULTS
Early engagement resulted in a Common Tower design, which allowed for the fit-out of the lower floor levels to commence earlier, as cladding could be installed as the building was being constructed.
