THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to provide a Common Tower Scheme on a project with high commercial floor heights and limited building tie points at lower levels.

SOLUTION
Multiplex are using a Construction Access Systems’ Common Tower System on the 285 meter, 54 story ICD Tower in the new Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the district which is home to some of the city’s most prestigious and distinctive buildings. Despite the challenges of a complex building, the bespoke design created by Construction Access Systems exceeded the requirements set out by the client and provided an efficient and cost-effective vertical access solution.

RESULTS
Working with our client, Multiplex, at an early stage in the project saved considerable time and effort when working towards a detailed design.
