THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to engage with construction company Serneke, who did not have a great deal of access experience on a project of this height.

SOLUTION
Construction Access Systems provided a Common Tower System for project developer Serneke for the 230 meter, 75 floor Karla Tower in Sweden, which will become the tallest building in Scandinavia. High-speed hoists and a specialist Mammoth hoist were provided by Alimak Group. 

RESULTS
Effective planning; design and early engagement with the client, resulted in a successful and productive access scheme.
