Integrated Staircase

We manufacture an integrated staircase system which can be designed into any CAS Tower scheme or Atlas™ gantry. It can form part of the site emergency evacuation plan and provide a secondary means of escape, in addition to its standard use for foot traffic between floors.

Features of CAS Integrated Staircase:

Secondary means of escape of the building under construction

The CAS staircase can be incorporated into the site plan for secondary means of escape from building under construction.

Designed to take the additional loads of full site evacuation

The integrated staircase has not only been designed to deal with normal day to day site access and egress but can be part of the strategy for site evacuation subject to design approval for specific numbers of personnel.

Fully integrated with the main temporary access structure

The frame of the staircase utilises the main CAS system components and the internal components are adjustable to fit within the frame.

Adjustable floor heights to match the Tower system design

The design of the internal components ensures that the staircase landings match the landing heights of the temporary structure.
