CAS Wrap
A CAS Wrap is designed specifically for the size of the temporary structure or staircase and is manufactured in 2- or 3-floor high sections.
If applied to an integrated staircase, for example, each section of wrap is installed as the next section of the CAS Tower and hoists are handed over to the client. However, CAS Wraps can be applied to any structure.
The wrap is made of a substrate material which is installed under tension and held in place with straps and bungee cords, which results in a smooth finish.
The wrap can additionally serve as an excellent marketing tool when printed with company logos or a photograph or impression of a finished project, for example.

- Protection from the elements The wrap protects the operation of the temporary structure or integrated staircase from most of the elements such as high winds and rain
- Protection from falling objects within the structure Materials and tools are predominantly carried in the hoists but if small items are carried between floors, the substrate wrap material will contain the falling object within the structural frame or landings
- Stronger than debris netting and Monarflex sheeting Debris netting and Monarflex tend to split over time and can become a risk to hoist running gear/motors or a risk when falling from a building
- Lasts the full project term The wrap is an extremely strong substrate material, which will last the full project term. As an example of its durability, the wrap was installed on a central London staircase, where it remained unimpaired for the full 3.5-year term of the project
- Bespoke Design The wrap is specifically designed for each project to ensure it fits exactly between the tie floors if applied to a staircase and CAS Tower frame. This ensures a tight and robust fit and aesthetically pleasing finish
- High visibility marketing A high-rise project will be highly visible and the best way to promote the project or company is by way of a printed wrap
