ICD Brookfield Place Tower, Dubai

This project involved the design and supply of a CAS Tower scheme for the 285 metre, 54 storey ICD Tower in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This district is home to some of the city’s most prestigious and distinctive buildings and the challenge of this building was high commercial floor heights with limited building tie points at lower levels.

Despite the challenges of the complex design, the bespoke design created by CAS exceeded the requirements set out by the client and provided an efficient and cost-effective vertical access solution.

Working with the client at an early stage in the project saved considerable time and effort when working towards a detailed works design.
