One Za'abeel Tower, Dubai

This project enabled us to engage with a new client in the UAE and demonstrate the effectiveness of a CAS Tower solution on an extremely prestigious project.

Our first project in the Middle East was the supply of a CAS Common Tower System for the 67 story, 221m Za’abeel Tower in Dubai. This opened up further opportunities in the Middle East and potential new markets around the world for our adaptable access system.

The client was certainly impressed using the system, testifying that CAS will be their go-to consideration in the future when bidding and tendering for high-rise projects.
